Villa Encantada helps US interior designers, architects and hotel groups source handwoven textiles from Spain and Europe: fabric by the yard for upholstery and drapery, plus linens and bedding. We handle memo samples, spec sheets, trade pricing, lead times and shipping, so specifying a fabric from a family mill feels as easy as ordering from a showroom.

What we source

Teixits Riera. We represent Riera, weaving in Mallorca since 1896, in the US: ikat, stripes, marbled and solids. Browse every pattern and colorway.
Mallorcan ikat (roba de llengües). The traditional “fabric of tongues,” woven on the island for generations, in upholstery and drapery weights. Read our designer’s guide to Mallorcan ikat.
Linens and bedding. Natural-fiber sheeting, table linens and bedding for residential and hospitality projects.
Custom and COM. Fabric shipped to your workroom or applied to furniture as COM.

How sourcing works

Tell us about the project. The room, the palette, the application (upholstery, drapery, bedding) and the timeline. A mood board or one photo is enough.
Memo samples to your studio. A curated set of memos and cuttings, not a catalog dump, with content, width, repeat and care information.
Specs, quotes and lead times. Trade pricing, spec sheets and honest lead times for handwoven goods you can put in front of your client.
Ordering and delivery. We place the order with the maker, follow production and shipping from Europe, and coordinate delivery to your receiver or workroom. One point of contact the whole way.

Why work with a sourcing partner for artisan textiles?

Are handwoven textiles suitable for upholstery?

Many are. Mills weave both upholstery-weight and drapery-weight cloths. We confirm content, weight and abrasion data for each fabric so you can specify it for the right application.

Is there a sourcing fee?

No. You pay trade pricing on what you order, with no sourcing fee on top.

Do you supply textiles for hotels?

Yes. We source textiles, linens and bedding for boutique and luxury hotels, with specification support and lead times planned around your opening date.
